We ordered an ice cream cake here and absolutely loved it. Our son loved it, too. It was a perfect way to celebrate his birthday. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. Thanks for everything!
I bought a birthday cake for my daughter from the display case and it was unedible. Dried out and tasted like freezer. I called to nicely ask for a replacement cake and was told by the owner she would give me $2 off another cake or I could get a pint of ice cream and said I could “stick a candle in that.” After about 6 calls to corporate with many apologies for the owners behavior at the State St location and promises to resolve it, corporate is finally sending me a gift...read full review
