True specialty coffee, like a cup with a medley of nuanced flavors when it's served black. Ratatouille-esque flavor swirls dance over my head. My daily driver drink is a "microcono," which is an espresso shot and 2oz of water for a haymaker of flavor.The vibes rock, and twang, and J-pop on occasion (the music is fun and varied). The staff are all cool and never snobbish. It's not a woke commune in here, so I can relax and share a laugh and not go to gulag.
Nice and quaint coffee shop with a beautiful ambiance. Some merchandise to purchase and nice tasty roasts. The iced pumpkin latte didn't taste grainy, and their cold brew was smooth. Neither coffee tasted watery. It was around 12.00 for two coffees, so you're paying a steep price, but it's worth it for the quality and it's worth it to support local. On point coffee. Husband ordered the banana foster cafe latte and I have to say, it is top 3 cafe lattes that we've tried. Cute ambiance, looks like place used to be a car shop back in the day. Would come back when hanging out in Redlands.
