“I visited on a Friday around 9:30 a.m. The parking lot was super busy so I parked a little bit away. Entered through the south side door which has a long hallway that leads to a wide open area with couches decorations and shelves filled with pastries and bread products. There's a little stand alone countertop to the right where most of the employees are either happily taking orders or making drinks. There was a line and the place was filled with eager customers waiting for their little gem to start the day or already savoring it. On the east side was a school bus filled with plants and on the west side was a little candle shop. I ordered the meteorite and an Ube brownie. I sat down on a couch to wait. My order was ready in about 15 minutes. The drink had very good espresso flavor with hints of macadamia. The Ube brownie was moist and not overly sweet. It was more like a cake. I liked both of my choices . I can't wait to try the crater latte. Came back on a Saturday to grab some coffee beans and maybe another drink. It was more busy than the last time so I just grabbed the coffee beans and left. I wonder if you can order ahead. The shop has been here for 2 years and I didn't even know about it. It's very popular and I would recommend it.“

“The worker was very nice and made the coffee fast. Free wifi and was nice to study. I will say to bring a jacket cause I got a bit cold although I had shorts on and some hot coffee balanced out the cold atmosphere. Would definitely come again.“

“1st time here, I asked for them to surprise me and the food was great I got a Chipotle ranch turkey wrap and it was so yummy. I also had coffee and loved that it was perfect not so sweet. The wrap came with a side of pasta salad and it was delicious.I am glad to have found this place. Definitely coming back.“

“Growing up in Redlands idk why I never thought about trying this place till I moved around then came back to this town again & decided to give a try. My husband and I have been coming here every other week either for their coffee or sandwiches! The service is great except when they’re busy def be patience because the staff working as fast as they can. They’re expending the place and excited for it.“

“UNDERRATED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Marshall, you are doing the thing!!! I have tried so many different coffee shops, in and out of the state and country and this is definitely up on my list now. Such a simple, yet perfect menu. The customer service felt so welcoming and homey, you know he loves the craft he does with the coffee. The seating is so comfy and paired with the quietness, it makes a perfect spot to work or study with little to no distractions. I ordered a blueberry latte with oat milk and his “dirtiest of chai” and wow! After trying it, I told him how amazing the drink was, and he proceeded to tell me that the syrups are all homemade, and you can tell. These drinks were so amazing and it is in a tough spot location wise and can feel like it’s closed but just walk in! It’s an amazing spot and it’s so good. The chai was great, but if you’re a true chai lover, ask for extra chai. Trust me. It’s THAT good you’re going to LOVE it. He also makes his strawberry foam homemade and that was probably the best strawberry foam I’ve ever tried. I can’t wait to come back and try another drink because I know he won’t disappoint. Highly recommend this coffee spot.“

“We had the Banh mi Sandwiches can I say hands down best Vietnamese sandwiches in the IE ive had. Bread super soft and crunchy. We had the Charsu pork and Roasted pork. You can taste the freshness of the meat and warm. Unlike other locations were the meat is cold and bread is hard. I will definitely be returning. Ohh the bonus is the Thai tea super delicious!!!!“

From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service really stood out and made my day.

It's not often you come across employees who care so much about their customers, but Anthony and Ayanna absolutely do. They made me feel valued, answered all my questions with a smile, and created such a great atmosphere.

“The baristas are friendly and the coffee is fantastic. I also had an acai bowl- super yummy! I met a friend here and we were able to sit on the patio to catch up for a while. The whole experience was unhurt and pleasant. I will be back again.“

“So this particular Klatch is located inside the sprouts market.... so it's more smaller then a coffee shop and the menu is smaller and some drinks aren't offered here like the other actual coffee locations. I personally prefer the actual coffee locations to get specialty flavors... But overall food and drinks are good. So definitely give this place a try if you've never had it.“

“This coffee shop had seasonal drinks and we were fortunate enough to come on the first they added these new drinks to their menu.

My favorite was the carrot cake drink - perfect amount of sweetness and cinnamon and definitely tasted like carrot cake. My wife’s favorite was the mango stick rice macha inspired latte and she really enjoyed it.

Our friends also enjoyed iced their latte drinks and I’m glad we found this place because we are definitely coming back for more!“

“I've always wanted to stop here but it wasn't until today that I did and I pleasantly surprised. I got half dozen bagels. But I noticed that the business has far more items available. The employees were very attentive and professional and courteous. My bagels were sliced and packaged nicely. I will be coming back.“
