Been getting the Goodwin Green smoothie for a long time and recently tried the Vegan Protein smoothie and it was delicious. Their hot food is also yummy - I like the chicken enchiladas. It is a nice one-stop-shop for groceries and snacks (and coffee and pastries!) with a wide variety of options to suit different preferences and palates. Sure it is a bit pricier but I think it is worth it for the quality and freshness. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Love this place!
It's cozy, mostly with the meaning of small. With that said, the variety they have is quite impressive; they pack a lot in the small space. They have a prepared foods area that they downsized to make room for more groceries (probably a good idea), a coffee/fresh juice/acai bowl station, and a nice range of groceries, including pantry goods, fresh, refrigerated, and frozen stuff.
