I wasn't sure what I was going to order as I pulled up to the menu. Telling the man over the intercom I need some time to look , and was pleasantly surprised at his polite response that I should take my time. I further complicated his composure by telling him in advance that we had two orders and two different forms of payment as well as needed to collect those points to a different profile but all will be on the same phone and we needed his patience to get all this done. My car broke down, today at around 2pm, and the city towing patrol towed me in front of this Starbucks. While we were talking with the tow driver a nice young tall Caucasian Starbucks lady came to us and offered to get us some Starbucks because it was cold outside in the rain. She was so kind to prepare them for the driver and myself. And the drinks tasted so good! Thank you!
