My favorite place to study and get boba. They have $1 fruit tea every Monday with a different flavor each time. Not only are their drinks delicious, the price is perfect. Can't say enough good things!
Have been going here periodically throughput the year and have always been highly pleased with their friendly service and great menu of beverages. I highly recommend the Avocado shake! You also earn a free beverage after 10 visits (easy for our family size!). A great oasis in the summer months for sure :).

Outstanding customer service. Usually before closing, you get pushback or attitude from staff. I got there around 8:50 and I was greeted with smiles and such a positive attitude. Very rare nowadays. Their iced spice thai tea is amazingggg! I definitely recommend. This is my new favorite boba spot!
