I love how much of a variety the menus offers. Im usually a taro gal but this time I opted for a yogurt based drink. I had a small strawberry yogurt drink with boba at 50% sweetness. It was very refreshing and I think it would be pretty yummy if it was blended too! The boba was not too shabby but I enjoyed the drink much more. I really liked that they added bits of fresh strawberries in the mix.The service was super quick even though it was the lunchtime hour, which is a plus! I haven't been to this location in over 6 years but the quality is just as I remembered.

First off, I think the reviews on Yelp are inflated cuz you get a free topping with a Yelp review which means people are throwing in reviews before they get their drinks.Pros: great unbeatable price. Like 2010 prices for not bad drinks. My husband really liked his chai milk tea. Cons: boba texture at 7:30pm was pretty bad (hard-ish) center. Also no grass jelly!

Ordered boba tea, way too sweet and they forgot to add boba. When I went back they added boba to my half finished drink instead of making a new one. Weird!

Outstanding customer service. Usually before closing, you get pushback or attitude from staff. I got there around 8:50 and I was greeted with smiles and such a positive attitude. Very rare nowadays. Their iced spice thai tea is amazingggg! I definitely recommend. This is my new favorite boba spot!

Stopped by today for Boba tea. Lots of optional including seasonal drinks. We ordered the pineapple black tea and the passion fruit green tea with boba. Both drinks were delicious, staff was friendly and service was quick.

Chaca is actually a really good Boba spot in the Redlands. It has definitely met my standards. I am always pleasantly surprised at the quality. I always come here when I am in the area. My usual: - Jasmine Green Milk Tea (50% sweet 50% ice) w/ Boba - Standard. Good. - Avocado Frappe (50% sweet) w/ Boba - Avocado Smoothie that isn't too icy. Love the texture. - Strawberry Yogurt (50% sweet 50% ice) - Very good. Great if you don't want caffeine. Sometimes their boba is really soft and sweet, which I appreciate. Love that warm boba! They also do have seasonal drinks, plentiful parking, and stamp cards.

Went there for their grand opening in Banning . Long line out the door but they were very efficient in serving customers quickly and with a smile! Both drinks were delicious and a nice option to have in town..,We'll be back!

I have been going to Chaca Tea Bar since it first opened, I believe. In all my years of visits, not once have I been disappointed.The location is a smaller little shop, however the decorations have never been unappealing. The shop is always clean, with a cozy, minimalist design. The workers are always kind, and are quick to offer recommendations, helping make the decision process much easier.Chaca has a variety of drinks, from blended drinks, milkshakes, teas, coffee, and so much more. No matter what drink I try, it is always made perfectly. Even the simplest of drinks, like the classic milk tea, is perfectly crafted.Personally, this will always be my go-to boba shop. The workers, the environment, and to drinks are always up to standard. I could never turn down a trip to Chaca!

First time coming by on the recommendation from a friend. I got the salted caramel tea, it was good but maybe not my jam. the kiddos got strawberry and watermelon slushies with popping boba, those were delish. And a cookies and cream , they were really happy with theirs. It was close to my daughters dance class, so I may come again but...I did see they are opening one in banning close to my house. So I may just wait to try it again once they open here.
