Starbucks in Redlands is located near a Tesla supercharger station, offering consistent order quality and good customer service. The baristas are friendly and efficient, and the seasonal drinks are better than expected. The layout is interesting, with the front door off to the side, and there’s seating inside that’s nice and cool, perfect for escaping the summer heat. However, the parking lot is very small, though the drive-thru is always an option. While the location is clean and a popular spot for both Redlands and Loma Linda residents, there’s still room for improvement in streamlining the drive-thru experience. Some customers have experienced delays or incorrect orders due to a high volume of orders and new team members.
