I ordered an ice cream cake online. I originally asked to have the cake picked up on Wednesday. We had a last-minute change in our family and I needed the cake a day early in order for my husband to be home to celebrate with my son. The store was very accommodating and actually got the cake completed before they originally told me they could. The cake looked incredible and tasted even better. Could not be more grateful.

Food is great, service not so much. Ordered 5 three scoops i only got four . Called to let them know and they said there's nothing they could do to help me that it wasnt their fault they didn't give me my whole order.

The man had a very snotty attitude who served me but i said nothing froze for a few seconds then was glad to pay up front firsthand. Pardon me sorry if I don't come regularly their ice cream is expensive anyway.

Went to get a oreo shake. The short girl that wears the mask made it extra watery to where it looked like milk in a cup. I asked her to remake it. She had an attitude after making it and threw it up on the counter with a straw all rude and walked off. Please train your workers in customer service bc she was lacking majorily. How are you getting upset with the customer because YOU made me oreo milk instead of a milkshake

The employee, probably like 5’5 hispanic girl, had a miserable attitude when we walked in. She rolled her eyes so hard upon entrance and just stared at her coworker like we were the biggest disgrace to walk this earth. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in an establishment lol. I’m not sure if she has something going on at home or if she always looks like this on the daily. For someone who should be making $20 an hour, this business might want to consider that generosity going to someone else!

Baskin Robbins in Redlands has a very large selection of ice cream flavors. Their ice cream is very good, however, their portions are on the light side compared to other competing shoppes.
