The lady Alejandra (looks like a Alejandro) that takes the orders is extremely rude rush to take my simple order a cheese buger with meat cheese, lettuce, got my food to not have cheese. then for her to tell me that I didn't order cheese when I know how to order my simple cheeseburger. This is the second time she has messed up my order because she's too busy, rushing and being a bitch. I work next door it might be convenient for me, but the service is terrible when it comes to her.

This place has been in Redlands for decades and since I was back in town I remembered they had really good vegetarian patty melts. When I was in the drive through the cashier, Geesella, quickly thought and said to me, let me see how I can save you money because normally when you substitute a burger for the veggie burger it is several dollars more. I was blown away that Geesella was so sweet to offer this. When I got to the window to pay Geesella smiled and said let me also give you a senior discount since my mom was in car. Mind blown at how great her customer service was for a drive through. The food was equally delicious and my patty melt was just how I remembered, delicious! Totally flavorerful, and the fries were fresh, crunchy and hit the spot with my craving. I will 110% be back to order my favorite when I am in the IE. To the owner, give this woman a raise! She deserves it

I had a chicken salad, it was so delicious and the ambience here is awesome. I noticed the food presentation, quality and the quantity is very very special here. The staffs are also very helpful. Very good parking area! Great place, will defenitely visit here again!
