On March 4th, 2023 Chef Sam's Catering, catered an event for our family. The menu consisted of Ribs,Chicken, Mac & Cheese,Baked Beans, Potatoes Salad, & Dinner Rolls.EVERYTHING was off the hook!!! Chef Sam catered our wedding back in August, and he went so above and beyond. From the planning stages with all of our talks/meetings/tastings beforehand, to our final big day, Sam and Tia were so helpful and great to work with on everything. We had a huge wedding and on the day of the wedding there were all of these unforeseen problems with the venue... and all things that had nothing to do with him, and he still found a way to make it all work and keep all of our guests fed...read full review

We recently had chef Sam Catering our family reunion. The menu consisted of BBQ ribs, chicken, Mac and cheese, green salad and potato salad. Everyone loved the food! Service was great. Communication was very prompt. We started planning out party last minute and chef and tia were both so helpful . Service went great and they even packaged our leftovers so we didn't have anything to worry about on the catering end. Food was fantastic will definitely book again!
