We recently had chef Sam Catering our family reunion. The menu consisted of BBQ ribs, chicken, Mac and cheese, green salad and potato salad. Everyone loved the food! Service was great. Communication was very prompt. We started planning out party last minute and chef and tia were both so helpful . Service went great and they even packaged our leftovers so we didn't have anything to worry about on the catering end. Food was fantastic will definitely book again!

On March 4th, 2023 Chef Sam's Catering, catered an event for our family. The menu consisted of Ribs,Chicken, Mac & Cheese,Baked Beans, Potatoes Salad, & Dinner Rolls.EVERYTHING was off the hook!!! The guest could not stop commenting on how delicious the food was and some of the guest asked for his business card on site. Chef Sam catered our wedding back in August, and he went so above and beyond. From the planning stages with all of our talks/meetings/tastings beforehand, to our final big day, Sam and Tia were so helpful and great to work with on everything. We had a huge wedding and on the day of the wedding there were all of these unforeseen problems with the venue... and all things that had nothing to do with him, and he still found a way to make it all work and keep all of our guests fed and happy. The food was so good and I can't recommend Chef Sam's Catering enough. Thank you again!!

Chef catered our wedding and the food was a big hit. We had chicken cordon bleu and roast beef and both were very tasty. Service was on point and there was more then enough food. They even packaged up the leftovers for us to take home. They are flexible and easy going.

Chef Sam and Tia were absolutely amazing! They catered our 400+ person wedding and set up a carving station in the middle of the forest to serve our guest. The food was so delicious, they were very professional and were sooo accommodating to my husband's allergies. Chef worked with us planning our wedding menu, prepped a meal that was allergy safe for my husband and really went above and beyond. We were so happy to find them. We will definitely use them again! I cant recommend them enough!

The tacos were delicious, and Chef Sam even made new dish he’s never tried and man he DIDN'T disappoint. Can’t wait to have an event again because I want to try all of Chef Sam’s dishes. I had the privilege of sampling Chef Sam's cooking at Escape brewery barrelhouse in Redlands. And wow oh wow oh golly gee. I wasn't quite sure what to expect with the menu: veggie tacos, chicken tacos, steak tacos, and Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Boy was my apprehension misguided. The tacos were phenomenal, both chicken and carne Asada. The salsa was bomb, with the green salsa packing a pleasant punch of picante. The cheesesteak was also outstanding. All the flavors were so balanced and rich. I only hope I have the opportunity to sample Chef Sam's offerings again this side of the rainbow.
