Came here for the first time. All of our food was AMAZING! The Martinis were amazing. The service was fantastic. Great ambiance. I will definitely come back with my family and friends and definitely refer Cintrone to whomever asks about pasta and pizza.

After having been a customer for close to two decades, I was looking forward to visiting their new location. First thing I noticed is that their menu expanded. While this may be a plus for some, we didn't see it this way: more food options, less attention to quality/taste as opposed to knocking it out of the park with a few specialized dishes. The cannoli we ordered was very doughy and thick- almost as if the dough hadn't cooked all the way through. Every bite was a mouthful of dough that left you chewing endlessly. Two very modest portions of what was almost all dough was a whopping $32. I expected a lot more from this dish. The salmon we ordered was good, but not what I've gotten before from this establishment. The focaccia served with our salad was delicious, and was certainly the best thing we ate that evening. I was also surprised to see sports playing on their televisions. Although I'm a sports fan, I don't care to watch that when I'm enjoying fine dining. Maybe they're trying to reach a wider customer base. In the end, this is a very different Citrone that once was. I certainly will not be returning.

The food was great at this place! I did subtract 1 star because my father in law didn't think his pasta was that great, he got the fettuccine Alfredo. But I got to try the risotto special, the salmon, and the gnocchi. Salmon was cooked to perfection. We also tried the dessert and it was so good, the cannolis were not too sweet and made classically with ricotta. Great service and wine as well.

Hands down the best fine dining establishment in the Inland Empire! Staff is phenomenal as is the chef! First class owners who always go out of their way to make things perfect!

I recently dined at a what i think will became a phenomenal Italian restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I could sense the passion and expertise of the new Italian chef, whose talent shone through every dish. The commitment to authenticity was evident as everything, from the fresh pastas to the delectable desserts, was meticulously crafted in-house, resulting in flavors that transported me straight to Italy. I loved the restaurant location. Nestled in a beautiful setting, it offered a captivating ambiance that enhanced the dining experience. Each bite was not just a culinary delight but also a journey through Italy's rich gastronomic heritage. While my dining experience at this Italian restaurant was undeniably fantastic, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, I recommend adding the cost of the truffle to the menu. Although the truffle shaving on my pasta was undeniably delicious, It came with $50 additional charge, resulting in a $90 plate of pasta. Clear pricing would have been helpful to prevent surprises for customers who may not be familiar with the cost of such exquisite ingredients. Secondly, while the service was adequate, there was room for enhancement; A more personalized approach would have been appreciated instead of the typical corporate scripts. After all, isn't the goal to provide an authentic experience, where guests feel welcomed and cared for? With some adjustments, this restaurant would truly be unparalleled in every aspect.

We've been coming to Citrone over the years and you can see the difference after they changed chefs however it wasn't a bad thing, we loved that we got to enjoy two different styles of high quality food. When we went recently the pasta was amazing I mean high quality pasta. The drinks great. The asparagus so flavorful and well cooked. The service always so polite and attentive. The space feels classy but not whelming still cozy.

I’ve always been a big fan of the arts and crafts style of this building. It’s a beautiful, cozy and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a delicious cocktail and fantastic food in. We’ve patronize Citrone for years at their old location and would have nice meals but we were sometimes disappointed in the inconsistent food preparation. I can say our meal last night was a definite delight and a 5 star meal. We shared the baby beet salad which had a whimsical presentation and an A+ flavor profile. We also shared the seared scallops appetizer. The scallops were cooked perfectly and served on top a savory butternut squash purée that I couldn’t get enough of. The star of the meal was my husband’s Corn Agnolotti ravioli. The pasta were perfect little pillows served in a silky smooth truffle butter sauce that was light and beautiful. I highly recommend this dish. I had the Calabrese pizza. The dough was light and crisp on the crust but needed a bit more cook in the center. The new chef and menu is fantastic and we can’t wait to try more. If it’s been awhile since you’ve been to Citrone or you’ve never been before now is the time to go and try the new menu you won’t be disappointed.

The wait staff is very friendly and the food came out very fast. I loved the windows into the kitchen. It made it all more authentic.

Service was very nice and friendly. The food was fine (nothing especially noteworthy), but the portion was so small and not matching the price point. The creme brûlée was nice...small, but nice.

Described as providing superior client service this establishment caught my eye while in Redlands. The atmosphere and the service by the wait staff was the highlight of my visit. The cocktails were well prepared, I recommend their specialty old fashioned. The shrimp Veneziana was the perfect appetizer, great portions and flavor. The Brussel sprouts and Wagyu steak were seasoned and cooked well, but lacked the attention to temperature. I definitely plan on a return visit to this hidden gem soon.

I'm so sad to report that the filet is not what it used to be :( I would come to citrone specifically for the buttery melt-in-your-mouth filet that I would rave was the best in town but at their new location i was hoping for the same and was sadly disappointed.

I finally ate here at their new location. Everything from the ambience to the food is as good or better since the move. I had the tuna crudo which was sublime. The taste was refreshing and balanced. I also tried The Big Panda cocktail. This was very refreshing and well balanced. The service was efficient and non-intrusive. A Redlands gem in a great location.
