I've been coming to this Cucas location for less than a year. I order the same thing each time. 2-3 shredded beef tacos 🌮. The inconsistency of the same order is my only gripe. The tacos are hard, soft, small, and huge, My simple order is mostly near perfect, and once so incorrect I was lucky they were still tacos. With all the phone orders they receive as a walk-up/to-go restaurant, I presume ordering is chaotic at times. I'm still trying to figure out the best days and times to come by. When they aren't stressed out. This could be tough.

Ordered the Asada Fries. Large portions of food for the price, was able to customize my order with added toppings with no problem. Red salsa was just right to top off my fries. Service was delightful and friendly. There are no outside tables. overall great experience would recommend!
The food is really good . I recommend ordering again because they get busy and the prices are going up like every where else

Why does every so-called "Mexican" restaurant add shredded cheese on top of everything and call it Mexican? Beans with shredded cheese, tacos with shredded cheese, burritos with shredded cheese. As a Mexican man with true Mexican roots I don't approve. Redlands Mexican restaurants need to do better
