The person running drive through really needs to listen better, and those on the prep line need to read better. I ordered chili fries no cheese, extra chili, add sour cream. I got charged for a deluxe with extra chili and extra sour cream, wound up having just straight chili fries with nothing else. They even repeated it back to me too and somehow still managed to mess it up

I don’t know if the lady who took my order is either deaf or stupid! We repeated our order 3 times and she still got it wrong! Then on top of that she gave me the wrong drink! Terrible service! The heavy set white lady with glasses working evenings! She really needs to be trained better or learn to hear!! The morning and day shifts are amazing but once it reaches night it all goes to hell!!

The food is made well, but they are so STINGY with the sauce and the employees have a nasty attitude!!! Also I always ask for extra cheese and never get it, but they are good enough to charge for it!!!!!
