There was absolutely no parking in the lot, so I parked on the street. Very busy inside no tables available. I ordered a blended caramel coffee, chicken pesto panini and clam chowder soup. Great food, delicious coffee, friendly staff, plenty of comfy chairs & tables, lots of electrical outlets for patrons, no hassle free parking… I might move in. Highly recommend. They’re closed on Sundays but I’ve been grabbing breakfast nearly everyday for the last week. What a gem!! Open late too. Lovely atmosphere with lots of plants and great lighting. Recommend the matcha + veggie breakfast sammy ? Food made fresh but quickly.

The freshest ingredients, very clean, very persinavle staff, very accommodating for food sensitivities. Large portions for the price. We got there before the lunch hour rush, so glad they were packed.
