Monte’s has terrible customer service needs to be trained in that area.
Great taste
The food was good, but the customer service was very disappointing. I ordered online and arrived after my scheduled pickup time, but my food still wasn’t ready. The employees were not very friendly or welcoming either. I hope they can improve their customer service because the food itself was good.
