We have relied on El Nayar for our prepared masa for as long as I can remember. We especially appreciate that they can prepare it with vegetable oil instead of lard if you request. The Chicken and Beef Tamales are Always the Best! Love them. Only thing is this time around the potatoes were Not diced small they were Big Chunks of Potatoes inside the Tamales but they were still tasty.
