To the lady wearing the mask that took our order. YOU should be the customer service standard, not only at El Pollo Loco but everywhere. For lack of better words, you kick butt!!! This woman not only took orders but walked around the dining room asking diners if they were good. She then went above and beyond by walking around and handing out coupons to diners, who does that? Corporate, if she's not already a manager, promote her, if she is, giver a raise! Make her the customer...

Shout out to Jackie for taking my order after I witnessed that El Pollo Jason has now installed the kiosk menu's. I, for one, will walk out if I have to use one. My belief is, why should I have to take and / or place my order when the drive thur get to have a live person take their order. Once this goes into a permanent status, my wife and i will no longer be doing business if any future visits!

Anthony and Brenda on day shift!! They make my day so much better. If I’m having a bad day, I know I can count on the El Pollo Loco team to put a smile back on my face. Food is always great. Give Antony a raise for all his hard work and efforts.
