Bring back the personal touch! I just went through the drive thru with your automated system and it told me there were 2 for 6 fish sandwiches..I rather have a fish sandwich from carl's over the golden arches any day! I get to the window and I'm told that the special isn't offered at that location. Nanette came to the window and said I'm sorry that special is only offered on the app. Before she could get any further I was threatening to call corporate to honor the automated special.....read full review

Ok be warned about the new service at the drive through… it’s a computer… if it’s not a complicated order, it’s fine… we stopped and had to go in to order… the staff inside was way better than talking to a non-human!

Someone by the name of ninetthe who im guessing is the teamleader helped me when i had a problem with my order and thats the first time i have actually really been helped with my order at a fastfood restaurant. I recommend store to anyone in the colton area
