Very friendly service and since we came in late they only charged us 10 each for three peeps! The guys hooked it up and we're very thorough.

Empire Bowl is always so much fun! We absolutely love the kids bowl free program in the summer. We loved bowling for free in the air conditioning! They provide bumpers if the kids need them for extra assistance. They are kind and efficient at the shoe rental. The restrooms are clean, well stocked with soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The floors of the whole bowling alley are clean and noticeably not sticky! There is an attached snack bar/restaurant.

A small bowling alley with about 25 lanes. The lanes were all booked for the day. The easiest way to make sure you bowl is to reserve a lane online. There are different prices for different days. We sat in the bar and had drinks. There are pool tables to entertain yourself. Also, there's a snack bar to order some tasty food. I give this Empire Bowl 3 stars ?.

Seriously... tooooo much oil at the lain... tooo much. my spin does not work. I should use triple times of my spin to spin the ball. plus, I almost fell down since it was too slippery. The price... just fair. Not cheap.

Classic bowling alley vibes. Been coming here most of my life as well. They have GREAT drink prices and decent food. This place is very fun and accommodating for large groups. I would recommend this place highly.

Came in with my girl for a casual bowling date but were turned away at the service desk for the guy up front explained they were fully booked up on reservations for the evening. He recommended going on the site and to see if we can reserve one lane but like he already mentioned, no reservation times were available. I understand booking ahead of time can mitigate this situation but they should leave open lanes for walk-in customers even for busy days.

This bowling alley operates on reservations only. We showed up without a reservation and were given a six hour wait for a lane. I am happy to make on line reservations but I expect some lanes to be available to walk in business. We went to another alley that evening that doesn't take reservations at all.
Do not recommend this place worst customer service I will definitely not come back with my family

I would give them zero stars if I could. An employee with tattoos said we weren’t welcome here and he said all the lanes were occupied when NO ONE was at this bowling alley. I am disappointed with how they handled everything.

Wonderful friendly staff!! We had a great time here! Pro shop was wonderful and we ended up buying a bowling ball and they drilled immediately for us! Nice selection of shoes too. Food was typical fare and delivered promptly. Great drink specials! We are looking forward to returning.

Our first time here and our last ! I understand that if they have a reservation, then they get first dibs but the whole bowling ally? Why tell us a time @9pm to go check in for the shoes and once we get there you tell us oh they are still playing you would have to wait till they are done and we asked so what time will that be, the guy said "oh we don't know at times they play till the place closes". NOPE we left and asked for our money back. If you're going to have the right to reserve, you should do half a side for reservation and practice for the finals and then the other half for the people that just want to come and play.. wasted an hour and a half here just to leave.. come here if you want your time wasted or go ahead and reserve in advance but won't guarantee you'll be able to play -_-
