A couple of weeks ago, I ordered some pizza from Shakey's in Redlands on Colton Ave and not only did I get delicious pizza, but I also received the best customer service I have received in a long time. Every employee that I came into contact with that day was amazing! I had accidentally misplaced my car keys and Amanda and Jeff went out of their way to help me. They were so kind and helpful. Sizable family pizza restaurant with a variety of food choices to please all who come .Plenty of seating room. Employees are on top of their game. Pleasant and personable. Their hard work gets people in and out without being pushy. Constantly cleaning tables and buffet areas. We did the buffet which offered quite the spread. 3/19/24 A group of us from Maui & Las Vegas stopped by Shakeys on our way to Big Bear. The food was excellent, Service was great. My favorites are the fried chicken with the gravy from the meat balls. So good. Kids loved the game room, it kept them busy for a while. Excellent place to wine down from a long drive.
