I’m so glad this place is getting new management. I hope they get a new staff as well. There is only one employee here who’s nice who is one of the younger man who wears glasses. All of the girls are extremely rude. You can walk in, make eye contact and they don’t say a thing. Especially the girls who work at the smoothie bar. I really hope they teach these young ladies how to have decent customer service skills because this will not work out long term. Other than the staff, Most of the food is good here. They do need more meat & vegetarian options though.
I came in kinda hungery wanted too see what kind of food they sell while having an order to pick up a female asked me for the name then out of nowhere the male that was also there instantly said pick is over there multiple times until i leave that general area without explaining that i was going to buy something, while there were customers in from of him.he acted so rude is that how he treats customers dont think its appropriate to treat customers like that.
Thought this was going to be around the same experience as their Riverside store but half their merchandise is non-organic, over processed junk food. It’s smaller than the Riverside store as well. It was clean and organized but just not what I expected.
Goodwin's Market is a local grocery store that offers a well-stocked selection of products. The market has a decent prepared food section, offering a variety of delicious and convenient meal options, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Goodwin's Market is within walking distance from the Crossing apartments.
I had called to see if they deliver and the women told me to do it on the app so I was looking at it and it said delivery was “1-2 hours”. I asked to confirm if it would be that long she specifically said “we’re slow right now so it should be fast” she had called after we placed the order because they didn’t have our drinks so she replaced it with other ones. Which I appreciate. But we waited 35 min and mind you our apt is 3 min away. So we called to check what the ETA was on the order and she said it was gonna be another 30 minutes and that they got backed up And They kept putting us on hold . So we ended just going down to pick it up and when we went down there, there was nobody in there and they were all just talking together not busy.

Love this place. I can get everything I need here in a pinch. Fresh, organic, food, hot food, snacks, bread, produce, coffee with organic milks for much better prices than anywhere around (no one else has organic milks!), good smoothies....Their prices are very reasonable for high quality groceries, comparable if not better than big name market competition. This place will always be a go-to for me when I'm in the area.
Ordered the 8" pizza for the first time. The dough was pressed thinner than a tortilla to 14". They said that was normal. Looked under cooked and I questioned it and they said that it's cooked, and closed the box and walked away to the back brushing me off. Another lady offered to look at it for me and I told her that the dough looks so floppy and under cooked. She said, probably because it's so thin. I was unsatisfied. Terrible experience and no customers service. Toppings fell right off upon lifting. Wasn't cut all the way through had to rip it apart with both hands
Ordered the dirty chai and it tasted like they put orange juice in it soo nasty... I also ordered the "homemade chocolate chip cookies" and they where literally chips ahoy ... waste of money

PRICEY PRICEY PRICEY . But good service, as well as good produce.
Very nice and refreshing place.
The staff is very friendly
Amazing place. I love it and wish I could try everything.
I have to assume I caught this place at a very odd time. I really wanted to check it out because I live on the mountain and know folks involved with the Goodwins in Crestline, so I was looking forward to supporting this establishment. First, though, it is a very awkward location in the bottom of an apartment building?! So, parking can be extremely limited. It is quite small, which I was expecting. I walked in, saw someone at the cash register, decided to browse and pick out a few things, then went to the cash register, where, now, no one was standing. I waited a few minutes with a basket of items as someone that looked like they may have clocked out, but was in uniform, walk right past me without offering to hail someone down to help me. People saw me standing there and did nothing. I decided to put my items back and went to Trader Joe's. And, as luck would have it, as I walked out, someone was at the cash register again. I have to say, I didn't see one person smile or greet anyone. Hopefully they do better on the regular and this was just a bad day, but I doubt, based on that first experience, that I'll be trying to go back.
Good sale, nice people ?
