Based on the reviews, Namaste India Cafe is a smaller, very clean restaurant with friendly and hospitable people. It is described as the absolute best hidden gem in Redlands, offering excellent flavor and great customer service. The food is really good, with authentic North Indian taste that is slightly Americanized. The restaurant has a hot line with a great selection that changes daily. The pricing for the 1, 2, or 3 item combo cannot be beaten, as the combo comes with rice, garlic naan, and a drink. The portions are generous and the best value for the price. Highly recommended meals include the Mushroom Masala, Saag Paneer, Vegetable Korma, Chicken Tikka Masala, and the lamb biryani. The lamb biryani was incredibly delicious, served on a beautiful metal plate with no chips or cracks. A complimentary snack of crispy bread is also offered. The mango drink is delicious. The atmosphere gives a very home and cozy type of feeling, with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and provides excellent service.
