Bad at providing vegetarian and vegan options beyond those that resemble meat and often unseasoned and lacking hot options.
Tough, chewy chicken, unquaffable coffee, and cold, unimpressive appetizers; I'm so disappointed in the University of Redlands for hiring this company.

heat food to correct temperature. the service at the football games was awful for the pep band . 13$ voucher but very limited on what we could get. couldn't even buy 2 drinks on one voucher. Hire a better company.
