I like the workers they seemed to be on top of everything, just before I went into the restroom it seemed like someone didn't know how to use toilet paper and used the walls and the smell was so potent. Thank God I use the restroom after eating, the food was fresh and hot. It would have been a shame if I had that smell stuck in my nose while eating. That said I don't blame the establishment for that, just people who come in.

They told me that they did not sell large drinks and the driver in front of me received a large soda and they treated me poorly,,,, they gave me the smallest glass of coffee and a flavored coke when it was NOT what I ordered. I'm sorry to comment on this because the other Jack in the Box's I've been to have always treated me well and the food was excellent ?

The blonde-haired boy along with the other oriental cashier spend their time making fun of the Hispanics who come to lunch while the restaurant supervisor, without realizing it, the meat does not serve the flavor. The lettuce is very dry and almost ruined the tables without clean up, don't spend your money there.

Went with my sister to car dealership. Went thru drive thru with my mom and sister . They ordered chicken wraps that were cold . I ordered 5 piece Chicken Strips. I bit into the first one it was rubbery , gray , frozen . I showed my sister and I broke open the next one it was really white and different looking . I am completely disgusted . ? I don’t think the strips were cooked at the same time . As we were heading back to Beaumont and had an appointment. We couldn’t return to the restaurant

I ordered a number 21. The hash brown was cold the sandwich tastes like chalk. I asked for six creamers for my coffee. They gave me two creamers and three sugars. Then when I open my bag there is one singular napkin. One singular napkin. What the hell. Do not eat here!!!
