Just came here right now nobody Outfront. Standing around for a second girl comes out says she's on her break. She then tells me to get out of the building and locks it behind. MeI have to say this is a bad company if they have people working All alone. Definitely need to get reported.

the staff here is amazing and their smoothies always hit BUT every time i come here there’s only one employee working to take everyone’s orders ?? and make everyone’s drinks?? how is one employee expected to be making 13 people’s (who are already waiting now) individual smoothies / take orders of the other new 5 people in line / clean between every order all by themselves ?? L management. ?? this is probably the worst place to work in redlands. staff handled it like a champ tho and busted those drinks out with a smile on her face and 0 complaints. great staff, wish they were treated better!

I feel motivated to write this review to say thank you to the Asian, nice and friendly girl that was working 12/17/2023 in the afternoon. I can’t say much about the smoothie but I could appreciate a single person working, taking order, prepping the smoothies and being smiling, nice, patient. This kind of workers are valuable. Thank you girl for make a difference in this world.

I went into citrus plaza (Redlands, ca) Jamba Juice today planned on ordering something but needed to use the restroom. I asked the girl behind counter THREE times if I could please use the restroom and she flat out ignored me. Finally she turns to me and very rudely says "give me just a sec" I waited and waited and she never handed me the key. It would have taken half of a second to get me the key. I'm on a 15 min break and her rude behavior led to my walking out and never returning. It is 2:30 pm on December 19, 2023 and she worked behind counter making drinks etc. she needs training in customer service.l.

The world's slowest service. I'm writing this while waiting and waiting for someone to take my order. The people behind the counter are frantically moving around but no one to take a order. Go over to Juice it Up. Can't be any slower. They must prioritize app orders while walk in customers stand around waiting with no acknowledgement that that they have other customers. Just got our drinks, tastes like watered down orange juice. I would complain but I've wasted enough time here

Terrible customer service we showed up craving a smoothie but they told us they didn't have any ingredients to make any smoothies. There was a guy before us that warned us that they didn't have any, he was clearly upset. Apparently he settled and got a juice but they made it "disgusting". He tried to complain but the girls at the front said he couldn't and to leave his number so that they could call him back later. Obviously that's not how things work so he left irritated. I also left irritated because I was unable to get my smoothie.

5 stars to the girls that work there (sorry haven't seen any boys). Even when they are the not friendliest I completely understand why.....management staff your location appropriately!!! There should never ever be one girl working on a Saturday at any point....hell any day at this location should never have one girl or person working!!! It's citrus plaza!! Busy everyday!!! Putting the amount of pressure and stress on one person that is probably working a first or second job ever. GET YOUR STORE STAFFED APPROPRIATELY!! And GET YOUR PHONE CONNECTED!

Will change stars once I get a refund! I accidentally mobile ordered a drink here and tried to call for a refund but it only went straight to voicemail. I went in person to request a refund but the person at the counter could not help me with a refund and there is no manager present either. Their drinks are usually made pretty watery which is why I never order from here anymore. If planning on doing mobile orders at this location, don't expect a refund. I contacted customer service and they said they will issue a refund for me but I never got it. If you don't mind getting scammed, this is the place for you.

Terrible place!! Store was ice cold when I walked in and I was freezing as I waited for my drink. No tables or chairs available. Staff act like they hate their job and don’t want to be there. My smoothie tasted overly processed like it had chemicals added. Horrible. Avoid this place at all costs!

I've gone twice now and both times they have been out of stuff. Employee told me that they can't make me a bowl because the fruit isn't prepped. Don't they prep when a customer puts in an order. Ordered smoothies twice , both times I asked to make them thick and they came out like watered down juice , employee said it was due to problems with the refrigerator not freezing the sherbet or ice . Nothing is ever done correctly or they don't have anything ready to make certain orders.

Should have read these comments before coming, now I unfortunately have another negative review of my own to add.There was one girl working this morning when I came in around 11:30 a.m. she seemed fairly busy completing mobile orders and there was only one person in line ahead of me. She seemed annoyed and kind of had a snippy, quickly took my order, and quickly made a person in front of me's drinks, then really quickly (maybe way too quickly) made my smoothie.Unfortunately I didn't try my smoothie until I was already in the car out the parking lot, but as soon as I took a first sip, I got a mouthful of powder, which I'm assuming was the protein powder that I had requested to be added. The smoothie was not smooth, it was chunky and not well blended at ALL. The whole point of a freaking smoothie is for it to be drinkable and smooth...Not sure what the heck is going on with this location, perhaps they are understaffed, poorly managed, who knows. But take the advice of myself and other reviewers- go to juice It up do not go to this Jamba juice

they had no toppings, the acai bowl was literally the consistency of a melted smoothie and the customer service was 0/10. The matcha tastes like just water, worst jamba juice ever ya'll put the two dumbest btchs to work together

Don't even bother , the employees are super rude and this location is either never open , only taking cash or app only orders I've come on threw different occasions and walked out with nothing It should be closed

They were poorly staffed and the woman who was taking the orders was the only one working she had a line and stop right in front of us. This infuriated me and my company because we were the last ones in line and she wanted to go on her break. Know that we asked her kindly to take our orders and she declined. On our way out the woman who was in front of us who was the last to get served said that her drink tasted bad, most likely because this worker was in a rush. In all I would call it poor customer service and bad quality of the product.
