Great pizza! Good rotating foods and drinks with whatever's fresh and local. Less busy than downtown but quality food and service. Consistent and reliably delicious.

This place is a small but mighty local restaurant. You need to secure reservations well in advance if you w at to enjoy the inside decor!! SERVICE: Fabulous! Everyone was great from greeting to food time! FOOD: Not a single issue. We ordered multiple items, all tasty and worth the effort of waiting for a seat! Great food and atmosphere. A secret that is out. So try and get in if you can!!

A bit pricey but they were friendly and the drinks were strong.Their pizza is THIN crust so be aware of that in case you don't like that type but they are one of the few places that actually does Thin Crust right and tasty.COFFEE is not unlimited as it is espresso style.

The food, service and atmosphere are all great. It’s a nice spot to have a casual dinner. I’ve lived in San Francisco, New York City and Los Angeles, and the food as well as the ambience could easily survive in any of those cities. Ordered the arribiata and added hot honey, the fall salad and roasted carrots with ricotta. Everything tasted fresh and phenomenal. Anytime I’m back visiting my parents, we will definitely come to la Volata. The service is warm and welcoming too :)

Recently relocated to the area and were looking for a restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We made a reservation at La Volata and it did not disappoint. Let me start off by saying our host Rachel was top notch. She made recommendations that were all so delicious and offered up secret menu suggestions and options to spice up our pizza. The food is fresh, unique but well thought flavor combinations, everything tastes fresh from the veggies to the crust and chesses. They have craft beer on rotation, delicious craft cocktail options, and deserts that will leave you feeling spoiled. There are a handful of regulars that come in and are called out by name which let's you know this staff and owner are giving the type of service to the community that keeps people coming back.We sat outside and while it was chilly at night, they turned on tye heater and warmed us right up. Lighting & music added the perfect touch to our evening. Loves the tables outside. They were made from pallets with the most interesting knick knacks epoxied in. Great conversation piece. We will definitely be back and highly recommend stopping in.

The pizza they make is delicious, you can tell they put the effort in. It's a bit pricey but you're getting your money's worth ($100/person for a shared appetizer, pizza, 2 cocktails, dessert, and tip). It was very busy and service seemed a bit spread thin. Make reservations if you can or place a togo order of you can't wait.

The food was good- staff was friendly. $25 for a pizza is a little much though!

The food was mediocre & over priced. There was ants on the table. The server took 15 minutes just to come out to our table. Another 30 minutes for our food. The server never came back after taking our order. No one came to check and see how we were doing. After we paid, it took forever to get our boxesbtoo so I would never come back.

Rachelle is always my server and she is simply the best! If you need drink/food pairings, just ask. And you should! You'll have an exponentially better experience! Rachelle can give you the grand tour, especially when it comes to cheese and wine. Her cocktails are thoughtful and delicious. I love eating and drinking here, but most of the reason is because of Rachelle!

La Volanta is a Redlands Italian restaurant featuring a few Italian entree dishes and specializing in pizzas. I ordered the spaghetti with a sausage red sauce, and my wife ordered the rigatoni with a sausage sauce. The spaghetti was very undercooked, but the sausage sauce was excellent. The rigatoni was also undercooked. We ordered the cookie with ice cream for dessert, which was very good. Overall I was going to give a two star rating, however, the manager took our complaint about the undercooked pasta to heart, and comped us the dessert, so I raised the rating to 3 stars. Pricing is very high for the overall experience, so we probably won't return.

The place is nice and gives romantic/chill vibes. It's dimly light in some areas but nice and bright by the bar. I made a reservation for dinner place got seated as soon as I arrived. The food is okay and a bit pricey for the portion. The pizza is thin crust but it has flavor. They drinks are great and the mixologist gives great suggestions. There's plenty of beer on tap. I would come here again to try something new.
