The environment was true to the familiar yelling and sounds of a Chinese fast food... I thought it would be a very nostalgic experience. The taste was... very different. The chow mein wasn't well cooked, I didn't try the rice because it looked dry. The broccoli was on par but the beef was much too mushy and salty. They had items on their menu that they didn't serve anymore, which was confusing. Their orange chicken lacked the familiar sweet citrus taste. And their bbq pork was... soggy. I am shocked and it gave me stomach pains later that night. I'm going to blame the excessive MSG in their food. I wish they'd just use salt. This was a horrible tasting experience for me.
It was good, got egg Fu young.
I've been coming to this place for years and absolutely love it every time.
Food is ok, but the bathroom was pathetic. They should break the entire bathroom and put a new one. I am wondering how come they pass the health inspection. The food is just as bad as the bathroom. Usually Chinese food is ok for my stomach but after eating from this place I have stomach ache. The chowmein has unnecessary food coloring. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE , JUST GO TO PANDA INSTEAD.
Been enjoying Magic Wok for many, many years. Pretty decent Chinese fast food. Tasty standard fare with generous portions. Try the bbq pork. Great egg rolls. Friendly good service. Seating area and restrooms could use a redo, the only thing keeping Magic Wok from 5 stars.
I'm giving this restaurant three stars based solely on my experience with this restaurant through Postmates. On the app they have a very large menu posted, but anytime I try to order anything off of the menu, it's not available at the restaurant. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it was just one or two things that weren't available but sometimes it's half the order. Furthermore, they do not look at the order and let the driver or myself know that the food ordered is unavailable ahead of time. Instead they wait for a driver to agree to pick up the order and drive to the restaurant, only to find out that most of the food is not available. Anytime I order food from a different restaurant on Postmates if something is not available, they notify me right away through the app so I can order a replacement item. it doesn't mean the food here is bad it just means that if they are going to be on Postmates they need to get a little bit tech savvy to avoid these mistakes.
We came to this place for dinner. we heard about this place from many people. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew were very polite and we felt excellent. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Warmly recommended.

Better than average Chinese food
First time I went there, it was okay. This time, meh...I won't be going back. Doesn't seem like they cycle through the trays soon enough, and even when it's slow, they wait until they are completely out of items before starting to cook on a new tray of it.

Place was small and the employees were nice. Floor was clean and so we're the counters. There was a small amount of the molding that was hanging from the counter. The food was delicious and prices were good. Tuesday deal looked good even though I couldn't try it as it is Saturday
They had a sesame chicken entree that I enjoyed but the orange chicken was just run if the milk. They don't have sweet and sour pork which is my favorite. The place is clean and in a very good spot surrounded by many other options for the entire family to pick and choose.
Good food for the price
Typical Chinese food. Good prices
Food wasn't fresh, microwaved or reheated. Flavors were bland. And EVERYTHING was served in either a styrofoam or paper or disposable plastic cup. The only reusable thing was the fork. But the spoon and knife, to cut the chewy sesame chicken, was plastic. If you care about reducing single use anything don't go here. If it wasn't for dinning with my parents I would have walked out after receiving my throw away cup for water.
