No live person to order with only have computers. Said put order number on order we did. Sat for a while then noticed our order under counter half melted. (Also 3.49 for 4-5 oz of soft service with a little Carmel) use to be twice as much for a buck!! No one called our number and you don’t get a receipt!!! No cash transactions. But they are making $20 per hr here so less people. Thanks Newsom :(

After a small altercation in the drive thru... lorinda was amazing and settled the differences... she is amazing!! I've had such horrible service with another manager but she was incredible.
