Negative experience staff with bad attitude unhappy staff rushed to hurry up and get out without the proper bags or carrying materials treated like cattle front doors and windows at entry points full of food marks dirt debris, tables not cleaned unsanitary and grease and dirt all over entry doors will not return spent $70.02 on two people. Yuk

Super disappointed in this location and service. When receiving my salad I paid $15 for, it was barely half full. I asked the manager, a young woman, if this was how much usually comes in it and she stares at me and says “yeah” with attitude. For $15, I’m not expecting gourmet but I’d expect to get enough to fill my container. Service was crappy, especially by “management”. Literally, with my extra dressings, the container isn’t even full.

How hard is it to get an order right? Every time I’ve ordered from here my order has never been completely correct every single time I order I ask for chips and they still give me bread. Is it too hard to get one simple thing, right?

Food was delicious and nice staff but at the end when I went to the pastry shelf to give me a nice cookie, I saw a bunch of flies on them just buzzing away and I still got my cookie. I don’t know if I’m gonna eat it or not.

You literally can't get better than the sip club here. I come everyday. Staff is very friendly. They get very busy at lunch though so be prepared to wait like 15 minutes

Filthy and disgusting. Napkins and trash all over the floor, trashes overflowing. The table we sat at was dirty with crumbs so I wiped it with a wet wipe and it was black, I kid you not. The tables must never get wiped down. When I went to go pick up our food off the counter a fly landed on my bread. There were flies buzzing around all over the kitchen area. I'm genuinely concerned we might get sick. Absolutely vile. $45 for 3 people to eat in this dumpster is unacceptable.
