Happened to run into the head chef Omar during a walk through with my family and he was extremely rude. I attempted to ask what kind of meals were prepared at this facility and how accommodating they were for dietary restrictions and he was very disrespectful and was very condescending towards me and my family. A very beautiful facility but was a big turn off if the rest of the staff is this rude.

Really easy move-in with help of organizing and packing company. Friendly staff and residents with great country-club like housing and grounds.

After looking at other like facilities, we decided on Plymouth Village for a number of reasons. I expected it to be 'bittersweet' leaving our former residence. . . . my large lovely kitchen, beautiful backyard, friends, and community. I can honestly say it has only been 'sweet' - no regrets. There are NO BLOCK walls here, lots of community, ample space, but not so much as to keep us hanging on to useless items. The staff and neighbors are delightful and we are so very pleased to be a part of this particular CCRC. This place offers lots of amenities, group activities, learning opportunities, the beautiful and quaint city of Redlands, enjoyable weather . . . what's not to love? :-) Oh, plus there is lodging for out of town guest at a very reasonable price!!!

My advice to others is not too move your loved ones into this facility. The staff do not care about your loved ones, they are rude, have no respect, they do not supervise or provide the care your loved ones deserve given the amount of money paid to live there.

Plymouth Village is in the heart of Redlands and convenient to outside medical facilities, but inside the campus there are many places to walk for exercise among flowering trees and the lawns are soothing to the eyes.

I plan to live at Plymouth Village for the rest of my blessed life. I cherish this community as my HOME and greatly appreciate all the services that it affords me. After five plus years here, we are still happy that we did so. 😀

My brother and I live a days drive or more from Mom. The last 65+ years of her life were spent in Redlands. She attended the University of Redlands and then built her life there. Her entire support structure is there. Friends, church, etc. Plymouth Village made it possible for her to stay and be involved in her favorite activities with her friends, both on and off campus, and for us to know that she would be well taken care of. Her care level has increased significantly over the last few years and the staff has always been attentive to her needs and has been helpful to us when making decisions for her ongoing care. It's a team effort with us and Plymouth Village and Mom. I can't stress enough how appreciative my brother and I are to the staff at Plymouth Village.

The grounds are beautiful.

My parents have lived at Plymouth Village for years. The campus is beautiful, the community is very close nit, the staff is very kind and knowledgeable and the care is top notch. I would recommend Plymouth Village to my friends and family or consider it for myself in the future.

I have been active on committees since I first arrived. It has proven to be the best way to become a part of the community. I enjoy myself most of the time. As I am aging I am encountering more health challenges and there are many people here to help whenever it is needed.

Was misdirected several times, with freeway exits being reported after passing the exit and exits being exits where there are solid walls.

Plymouth Village is a wonderful, friendly place to call home in elderly retirement!
