An old friend showed me this place, I LOVE their PANKA QUINOA SALAD with shrimp. So good! However, I don’t know if this is a family owned restaurant that has their family working here because the young lady at the cashier, Maricella, I believe, was so rude. She didn’t even greet us, had a face like she didn’t wanna be there, and just her overall customer service was HORRIBLE! I work in customer service and I will say it’s probably best to hire people that actually wanna...
To say that I'm obsessed with their pollo saltado salad is an understatement. It comes with so many different veggies and their house dressing is chefs kiss. The freshness and flavor for a place that offers quick takeout is next level.
We found Red Panka restaurant by chance on our way to an event, and I’m so glad we did. This Peruvian fusion food restaurant is excellent! Authentic Peruvian food. We ordered the Causa Rellena, Pesto Spaghetti with steak, fried plantains, (avocado) Palta rellena and to drink Chicha Morada and Inca Kola. Everything was really good, well done and fresh. Good size portions. We finished our meal with Mil Hojas and Alfajores for dessert. Highly recommended. The place was nicely...
