Made From Skratch Pizza Kitchen

The food was delicious, the drinks were great, the service was great, the staff were all super friendly, I loved the menu design in a record sleeve, the menu names were very fun and creative, great old downtown Redlands location. So many pluses about this great new pizza place. Would have instantly given this place a 5 star rating, except.....THE MUSIC WAS TOO DAM LOUD!!! It completely ruined the otherwise great vibe. I love music, but this was like being at a club at 11:00pm at night, not having dinner at 6:00pm. I had to SHOUT to talk to my friends at our table. Could not carry on any kind of normal conversation. We were considering trying one of their desserts after our meal, but just left to go elsewhere because of the insanely loud level of the music. I love to support downtown Redlands businesses, and I would love to come here again, but unfortunately I will not be back until they do something about the ridiculous sound level of the music. I truly loved the food and everything else. Dear owner, the sound level may appropriate for your late night hours. Crank it up then. But not during your dinner hours. I could tell others were bothered by it, too. By the way, if you do go here, try some of their starters before your pizza. I especially recommend the "Nighty Naan Problems".

Crust ok. Tasteless cheese, mushy flavorless sauce, toppings nothing to brag about. One bite and I was turned off. I forced one slice down my throat pretending it was good because the owner and staff were so amazingly nice, but I was off the hook moody about how bad the food was. After leaving, my husband and I went directly to a dumpster behind a store and threw the entire pizza away minus the two slices we pretended to enjoy. It is beyond me that anyone could give a positive review about this pizza. Staff A+++ Food F- - -.
