Very unprofessional and rude restaurant owner I ordered the beef teriyaki and he forgot my order so I drove back and he yelled at me and threatened me and banned me all for just going to get my beef teriyaki when it wasn't even provided to me ,this was my first and my last time ever going to this place and this happened today on father's day so disappointed

My hubby and I come here often for date nights on a weekday or occasionally for someone's birthday. It's centrally located and across from the Harkins Movie Theater where we love watching movies. We really enjoy the happy hour at Shiki and my favorite drink there is the Mai Tai, but otherwise I'm a tequila girl. We usually sit at the bar for our date nights before watching a movie.

Two weeks ago I ordered a tequila soda water and a baked salmon roll. My hubby ordered a teriyaki entrée that comes with miso soup, salad and white rice too, but we upgraded to the house fried rice to share. We love us some fried rice and I normally eat the miso soup lol.

Other than long wait times when having a large party, service has always been good in all of our experiences there. We've done all the dining experiences they have to offer too! When they're busy it may take a little longer for the food to come out, but it's worth the wait. I love their ramen as well. I will update with another visit soon!

Fun place, food was ok. My steak was cooked perfect but chicken was over done and dry. This was our second time there and the first time was much better. The absolute biggest problem of the evening was when I paid. They brought my check, I reviewed it, all seemed correct. They brought me back my card with multiple receipts because they over charged me by $298.03. they said they issued me a refund and it should go back to my account immediately and it still hasn't. I have receipts showing the refund but now I'm out the money until it comes back, an extra expense on top of an already expensive dinner. And the only thing they'd do as an apology is give my four kids each a plastic sauce cup with half a scoop of ice cream. This is a pretty big oops with not a whole done to make a custome happy. Will not be returning after this.

My wife and I had lunch here. We got the chicken teriyaki rice bowl and the sushi lunch California. The bowl is very filling, as is the sushi lunch plate. I really enjoyed the sushi; it was very good. The presentation of the food is also very aesthetic and well-presented. There weren't many people when we went, so our service was really good, we had no wait time, and the food was delicious. The prices are reasonable, especially since the plates are well-served. This is a place we plan to visit again.

Shiki sushi in Redlands serves a very good Teppanzaki experience. I had the chicken and shrimp combo and it was prepared professionally and tasted great. My wife and I come here often and will continue to so so.

The customer service is awful. Majority of the staff have a bad attitude. One time it took over 40 minutes for them to bring out a california roll. The place has problems communicating to each other about things that don’t seem that complicated. If you get a reservation from there, they always contradict what their policies are. One time, a customer got a reservation there weeks in advanced and still ended up having to wait for 15 minutes to be seated at the habachi table because suddenly the manager told them they had to wait. The waiters and waitresses also almost never wash their hands in between tasks (cleaning and then working with food). Lastly, the place is always blasting loud music the minute the place is opened. Would not recommend eating here.

Had lunch on 3/25/26. The food was great, as usual. Our server was prompt and pleasant. My issue was with a $15 moscow mule that was not made with ginger beer. Maybe the bartender used ginger ale, but the ginger flavor was lacking to say the least. That's my favorite drink and I know what it should taste like. I asked the bartender if he used ginger beer and he said yes, from the soda gun....? 👎 I've never heard of that. I should've asked what brand they used and that would've shown they didn't actually have any. He did offer to remake it but there was no point if it was going to taste the same. I feel like if they're going to charge $15 for a cocktail, the manager should know that they aren't up to par. The manager never visited the table to see what the issue was.

Food is GREAT and the sizes are great as well. Service could be a little better, but they're so busy i can understand why that is difficult. Prices are steep, but still worth it. Great experience.
