This is an amazing sushi spot. I have eaten all over. And this is some of the best sushi I have ever eaten.
Love this place, the omakase was delicious. The chefs prepare the nigiri perfectly and the beer is always super cold. The food is consistently good here.
OMG !! Very underrated ! I tried so many expensive omakase places and i would literally choose this place over any of them any time ! It was my first time and definitely not my last . I enjoyed every single piece ! I almost never right a review but I really wanted to ! Thank you .

Shokunin is described as a very underrated restaurant that many would choose over expensive omakase places. The sushi is amazing, with beautiful presentation and delicious bites. The staff is kind and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. The 13 piece Omakase meal is worth every penny, with each piece hand crafted with care and a unique collection of fish with garnishes. The chicken fried rice with karaage on the side and the spicy miso fried rice with karaage are highlighted as the best in Redlands. While some find the sushi decent but could use more flavor, the rolls are fresh and the presentation is nice. The environment is clean with good music, no long waits or big lines, and reservations are available. It is an elite place to go.
