Cashier ignored me when I arrived. Then turned to have a conversation with her co-worker outloud about another employee.
After about 5-6 mins, she told me she would be with me in a min.
She continued to slowly clean her area.
After another 2-3 mins, I asked her if I could just have a black coffee and if she had singles (I was there for change for a $5).
She wasn't even sure and did not want to check. And did not seem like she would have stopped to pour a coffee either.
So I just walked away. I don't really think it should take 15 mins to be helped.

Friendly staff but Starbucks is just generally overpriced and overrated. I’m always disappointed when I go to one these days. Why get a $5 tea that basically tastes like water when you could walk less than a minute away and get a much better drink for $2 cheaper? Check out Chaca Tea Bar.

Always takes forever. i had 1 drink and they made me wait for the people behind me to order and they took 10 minutes to order. it took 20 minutes to get 1 drink with nobody ahead of me. only one person working. worst starbucks ive ever been to. will not be returning.

Not the best starbucks I've been too, my Frappuccino was bland and not blended properly and they were pretty slow.
