No internet. A staff member who both was late to attend to me and did not ask for my name, which staff is supposed to do. And Starbucks is known for being queer-friendly, but nothing was there, during Pride month, except for a paper.
The review is not 1 star because I got a refund. (I paid for a coffee to use the internet.)
Easy in and out
If there were a gold standard for Starbucks locations, this one would be it. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and on point — they somehow make your morning coffee feel like a full-on experience (with a smile).
The management? Absolutely stellar. They’re not just great at running a tight ship, they’re also genuinely fun to chat with — the kind of people who turn a coffee stop into a highlight of your day.
Our toddler is basically treated like a VIP every time we walk in, we’re talking top-tier hospitality. They remember the little things that make a big difference when traveling with children, and it shows— and it’s not just great customer service, it’s genuine care. They don’t feel like family… they are family.
Despite having three other Starbucks locations closer to us, we always choose to make the drive to this one. It’s that clean, that welcoming, and that worth it. Highly recommend this location — just don’t blame me if you find yourself becoming a regular too.
Frustrating when it takes twice as long to pick up your drink because they hide the straws out of public reach. The barista is always busy making drinks (which is good for business) but has to stop making drinks to bring multiple customers straws. Are Starbucks straws that coveted? Why is this such a pain? Doubles the time it takes to pick up a mobile order. The purpose of mobile orders is to be quick and efficient. WHY???
Food is good and the service is always great. Coffee is always hot and tasty as are the frappés.

Cat makes the best chocolate milk. TJ is lovely. But Kamea is the best. Ximena is also swell.

It's Starbucks. Nothing much more to say. Friendly staff. Great coffee.
Some of the most toxic humans we have run into period. Astonishingly rude to customers - and not just us. Stopped there around noon on our way home today. Starbucks you're better than this.

Got in drive thru 8:25pm today they said they close at 830 but lights were off and they stated they were closed. They stated they closed early due to staffing but I have never seen Starbucks really understaffed I have seen rushes.

My car broke down, today at around 2pm, and the city towing patrol towed me in front of this Starbucks. While we were talking with the tow driver a nice young tall Caucasian Starbucks lady came to us and offered to get us some Starbucks because it was cold outside in the rain. She was so kind to prepare them for the driver and myself. And the drinks tasted so good! Thank you!
