Very friendly atmosphere.... a neighborhood "Cheers!". Great wine selection, made entirely in-house. I've been a regular for a few years, and it's sad to know this place will be closing at month's end

Nearly five years has passed since a friend introduced me to this place, and I've been a regular customer since. The weekly tastings menu keeps the wine rotation fresh ... very low sulfites in the wine stops the typical headache from occurring ... friendly welcoming atmosphere ... knowledgeable staff ... weekend music entertainment ... an overall really good experience. It's sad to see this hometown "Cheers" is soon to close ... but it is understandable and after all, like they say, all good things must come to an end. Best wishes to owners Robin and Janet, and the entire winery staff

Stopped by this past Thursday during market night with some friends since I'd never been before, but some of them had been here multiple times before. they said the fruit wines were all delicious, so my bf and i decided on the Wild Red -- essentially, red wine with a nice pomegranate flavor to it! so delicious. $16 for a bottle, not too bad. i also tried ones my friends got, like the Kelly Grace (pineapple+pear), Razzle Dazzle (raspberry +dragonfruit), and the watermelon crawl (strawberry+watermelon). those were all delicious as well! service was great and the atmosphere was nice too! i definitely want to come back to try some more flavors. hopefully soon. :))

Finally , they are closing ! Bad customer service to strangers . Great customer service to their family and friends they do know only . Cranky and rude when you ask them about their wines .. read the bad reviews below .. and the wine wasn't that good.

I love this place my husband and I go here maybe once every other month. Always welcoming and a really good vibe.

Love the small town vibe. Perfect to meet friends, have great wines, and good times.

Don't bother coming here if you're not a regular because clearly you won't get the same service they do. The owners (I know it was them because it was confirmed to me by some of the regulars there) have their faves and will continue getting money from them, so they feel they don't need to appease anybody new. It's too bad Time in a Bottle closed, they didn't have this kind of arrogant behavior. I've been here two times too many with the same experience, so I'll go spend my money elsewhere. If the manager/owner gave the same attention as she does in responding to people on Yelp as she does new customers, I wouldn't be posting this review.

What an awesome place to stumble upon in this quaint town of redlands !! Excellent wine tasting with their family owned winery / vineyards... service is excellent !! What a wine selection and tasting experience was giving me a feel like I was in Napa except I don't have to drive so far haha I'm so happy to find this gem

Stopped by after work one day. They have wine tastings for $10 for their house wines. They have a wide selection and let you mix and match if you don't like what's on the board for the day. I ended up taking a bottle home. I'll be back when they get more Port wine on the shelf :)

Celebrated my wife's birthday here. It was our first time here. The owner was very attentive to all the guests there. I highly recommend this place especially for small party.

It's been about five or so years since we've stopped into this place, and we were driving down State Street and decided to give it a try. we were there on the earlier side, so I wasn't completely packed but the remainder the tables look like they've been reserved. The owner and his wife were excellent, the price is same very fair, and they even cork the remainder of your bottle for you to take home if you don't finish it. We'll probably stop in more often.
