Place my order I placed it at this location on accident I called them right away as soon as it processed I seen it was the wrong location I tried to call them right away for about 25 minutes and no one answered I live close by so it’s never busy I can’t understand why they don’t answer after such a long time maybe after 5-10 minutes is understandable but after damn near half an hour is crazy if they don’t make me a fresh sandwich I’ll update it on here because it’s crazy they are so fast to process your payment but won’t answer if something went wrong.

Like everyone else, had a terrible experience here. Like everyone else, the manager/franchisee doesn't care even a little bit. I used to feel bad these franchisees made so little money, but when they are so obviously uninterested in running a decent location, they deserve it.

The older lady had a very bad attitude and radiated frustration for absolutely no reason. Terrible customer service. Would travel to another one and avoid this specific location, next time I want subway.

Horrible service!!!
I went with a coupon (1st using one) which i mentioned to worker. I was charged $47.50 due to worker not informing me that I needed to scan when I told her more then once that I was using it. Instead of refunding me. She told me I had to pay again with the coupon. When asked to speak to manager she said she only works mornings and that manager (lety) is the only one that is able to do!! My total came out to $75.. I still have not received my refund nor have I been able to talk to a manager!

Terrible experience. I placed an order over the app under a guest checkout and the app never asked for my name so I assumed that it would’ve been under some kind of code or something.When I got there I explained that it never asked for my name and I was ready to explain what my order was and this guy with a long brown beard gave me a bad attitude for no reason.When he said that my order should have my name on it regardless I said “oh uh then it should be under John because that’s my name”And then he cut me off and said “Oh well then THERE YOU GO” with an attitude, slid the bag with my sandwich at me and walked off.It wasn’t even busy or anything there was no reason for him to be acting like that.

I went in today to buy two sandwiches the lady behind the counter. I was making my second sandwich. When I forgot to add a topping mind you the sandwich had not been closed yet, so I asked her to put another one on top which she responded “oh my Lord” basically telling me to make up my mind you get paid minimum wage do your job for what it’s supposed to they should fire that big fat Troll it’s not my fault. You hate your job or you hate your life. I’m a paying Customer treat me like one.

Went in 20 minutes before they were closing and the woman there glared at me and got huffy because she wanted to leave early. I tried to order and she told me that I was "inconsiderate." I left without food.

Stopped in after our camping trip for a quick breakfast sandwich, I was the only person in there and the woman made me wait nearly 10 mins while she slowly placed jalapeños on the tops of the bread, then some cheese. No rush. No sense of urgency, no desire to get to the paying customer. Not sure why she couldn't have just slapped my egg and cheese kn some bread and finished that lengthlt task when I was gone.
