Went in 20 minutes before they were closing and the woman there glared at me and got huffy because she wanted to leave early. I tried to order and she told me that I was "inconsiderate." I left without food.

Stopped in after our camping trip for a quick breakfast sandwich, I was the only person in there and the woman made me wait nearly 10 mins while she slowly placed jalapeños on the tops of the bread, then some cheese. No rush. No sense of urgency, no desire to get to the paying customer. Not sure why she couldn't have just slapped my egg and cheese kn some bread and finished that lengthlt task when I was gone.

Ordered online and picked up. Food was ready for pick up when I walked in, and all 3 sandwiches were made perfectly as requested on the app.

WATCH OUT!! I specifically ordered the Classic Italian BMT and he made the sandwich that way but when it was ring up he charged me for the Ultimate BMT, which is more expensive. Because I was alert it asked him to charge me correctly and he said that he was instructed to ring it up that way unless the customer complained. He did fix it, but this is a policy that is immoral and illegal. I will let others know of this dishonest business practice.

I came in this evening and ordered two sandwiches, both of them fairly similar. There were no other customers ordering except for myself, so it wasn't as though the employees were slammed. Before I could even walk up to the counter, the sandwich artist whose name I didn't catch, was already on it, asking "You ready to order?" There was no formal greeting, not even a small smile that symbolized even the slightest amount of good customer service. She had multiple piercings on her nose and a few tattoos, that's what I can recall. Anyway, I replied that I was ready and she was so quick to keep asking after every topping "Anything else? Anything else? ANYTHING ELSE?" I'm an adult, I know how to order my food, therefore the fact that she has behaved this way with not just me, but others in these comments as well is really redundant --I personally don't need someone to hold my hand and keep asking what me what I want to order. Certainly she had a bad attitude, but it didn't ruin my mood at all. It was a mere nuisance and a reminder of the fact that this business has a lot of negative reviews for a reason. A manager has not reached out to anyone in the comments from what I can visually see, and this leads me to believe that they don't care too much about the reviews. Another reason I don't believe management cares is because if they did, this issue would be addressed. I've worked at companies (including Subway) where managers actually looked at Yelp reviews to check on their business rep, and when there was an issue, they quickly worked on a solution; that doesn't seem to be the case here. However, what I can say that's positive is that the food was actually quite good, but the hassle of dealing with these immature people who probably still live at home with their parents, doesn't exactly seem to be worth it.

I come to this subway regularly and today the service was terrible. The young lady was more concerned about rushing through the order and not listening to a couple simple requests. (There was no one in line behind me). I barely had words out of my mouth before she asked "anything else, anything else." When I pointed out the error, she had a bad attitude and was at all concerned with customer satisfaction. Rather than argue with her, I just took my sandwich, which I did not particularly enjoy.

Love to eat sandwiches are healthy. But I wish they would lower the prices because it's kind of expensive shopping at Subway

They are one of the only Subway franchise that does not serve coffee. Especially on a cold and rainy day, a coffee would have been nice with my breakfast sandwich.Vegetarian options: The flat bread egg and cheese sandwich is great

This was perhaps the worst subway experience I have ever had. So let’s start off here.1. I made order online and when I get to store an hour after I made it, the sandwiches (2 of them) are not done.2. The sandwich type I wanted (tuna) was no longer available and they still had the audacity to charge me for it.3. I ordered cookies for a kid I was watching over and guess what? No cookies and they still charged me for it.4. To top it all off…. The toaster is broken so my sandwich probably cold as heck.Whoever reads this (owner employee or future customer). Fix this establishment/franchise on this street and find food elsewhere. Worst experience I have ever had.
