Tom catered our wedding 5 years ago. Our guests were all raving about the food and going back for seconds and thirds. His portions were so generous we had a ton of leftover food. The pulled pork was absolutely heavenly! Very professional and he pulled up smoking the meat still which made my venue smell divine! Would absolutely hire him again for a party and have recommended him several times.
