After having gotten the privilege to try this amazing food during a 50th birthday party several years ago at my then boyfriend's family home, we just recently got to have the opportunity again during our wedding celebration! The catering was so immaculate YEARS ago that we had it on our minds first thing when we were planning our event. There was no question who we would reach out to and whose food we'd want to enjoy again!

Tom catered our wedding 5 years ago. Our guests were all raving about the food and going back for seconds and thirds. His portions were so generous we had a ton of leftover food. The pulled pork was absolutely heavenly! Very professional and he pulled up smoking the meat still which made my venue smell divine! Would absolutely hire him again for a party and have recommended him several times.
