Tru Bowl Redlands is one of my favorite superfood spots! The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service every time I visit. The atmosphere is great, and I always leave feeling satisfied. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthy and tasty meal!

TRŪ Bowl Superfood Bar is a superfood spot in Redlands. The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service. The atmosphere is great, and customers leave feeling satisfied. The bowls and smoothies are always made with fresh ingredients and gluten free. The TruBlu bowl with almond butter, sans coconut flakes, is delicious. A medium size bowl costs $14, so it is an açaí bowl with a premium price tag, but the ingredients and quality are there. The Cold Brewzer is smooth, perfectly balanced, and energizing without being too sweet. The Buttah Lova Bowl is comfort food in bowl form — creamy, filling, and absolutely delicious. The Island Bowl is fresh, colorful, and kid-approved. TruBowl is a perfect lunch option when you want something nourishing, satisfying, and still feels like a treat. However, one visit took about 5 minutes just to be helped, and then 20 minutes to prepare a bowl. The bowl was already melted and watery. Only two employees were working, and one was new and constantly asking the other employee in the back for instructions. Another customer also complained because their order took too long and was watery. They seriously need to improve their service and hire more employees.
