My husband and I visited this beautiful restaurant on our anniversary yesterday and had an incredible time. Every detail created such a splendid experience. From the immediate greeting at the door, complimentary sparking wine to celebrate and the flavorful food we would choose this restaurant over a million times. Although it was 4PM on a Friday night that we came to visit so it was pretty empty, this place should be packed 24 hours 7 days a week! I'd give 1000 stars if I could!

Favorite place in Redlands HANDS DOWN! This place is so under-rated and a hidden gem in Redlands. I compare to FARM in Palm Springs but with a fixed menu. A great romantic location and wine spot and their Sunday Brunch is amazing. Recommend dressing up a bit.

Came to celebrate and was warmly welcomed to by such kind people to an excellent selection of wines, and delicious food. We came for the Sunday barbecue and could not have been more pleased.

This place is absolutely the best. Great food, amazing wine list and very nice and attentive staff/service. I’m only sad I don’t live in Redlands, otherwise I’d be here at least every week.
The vibes were nice, they could use a larger selection of cheese for the charcuterie board.

Atmosphere is great, food is okay, but service needs help. There were three of us: We ordered two wine tasting flights and a couple of apps. The server never came back to check on us after he took our order; someone else brought out our apps. We wanted to order a bottle of wine and more food but 45 minutes went by and he never stopped by our table. We had to ask the woman serving the table next to us to please get our guy, so we could close out the bill. He did apologize. He said he knew we had been sitting there with no help but he was slammed with other tables. If that was the case, why not ask someone else to check on us? The person who brought out our food, or even the woman roaming around that seemed like an owner or a manager? Disappointing for our first time visiting.

First time going to Uncorked on State. Found them on the AAA magazine where great restaurants are featured and reviewed. Best place ever. Had a party of 7 and they were able to accommodate us. What a beautiful, cozy little place. The atmosphere were magical. The wait staff are amazing and on top of all your needs. Food is fantastic. Wine excellent. Our party enjoyed it all. Just the kind of place we live. Excited to come again and highly recommend Uncorked on State. Amazing, 4 stars.
