Atmosphere is great, food is okay, but service needs help. There were three of us: We ordered two wine tasting flights and a couple of apps. The server never came back to check on us after he took our order; someone else brought out our apps. We wanted to order a bottle of wine and more food but 45 minutes went by and he never stopped by our table. We had to ask the woman serving the table next to us to please get our guy, so we could close out the bill. He did apologize. He said he knew we had been sitting there with no help but he was slammed with other tables. If that was the case, why not ask someone else to check on us? The person who brought out our food, or even the woman roaming around that seemed like an owner or a manager? Disappointing for our first time visiting.

First time going to Uncorked on State. Found them on the AAA magazine where great restaurants are featured and reviewed. Best place ever. Had a party of 7 and they were able to accommodate us. What a beautiful, cozy little place. The atmosphere were magical. The wait staff are amazing and on top of all your needs. Food is fantastic. Wine excellent. Our party enjoyed it all. Just the kind of place we live. Excited to come again and highly recommend Uncorked on State. Amazing, 4 stars.

This place is amazing. The owners are so kind and accommodating, they helped my wife and I have a great night with a seating situation. The food is amazing, each bite is enjoyable, definitely quality food. And the environment makes you feel like you’re at a nice restaurant in Napa. Highly suggest!

Might as well serve pasta on a tea saucer. This way, the little dab they serve will at least look like it's proportional to the plate it sits on. Come on people. It's pasta. Would it hurt to have an amount that's at least six inches across in serving size? Yeah it was great, there was just very little of it. A couple others had issues with very dry chicken another w/ what looks like a pork chop & the manager more than made up for the shortfall.

A friend and I decided to come here especially after seeing all the great reviews. But we were greatly disappointed with the service, the food was phenomenal and so was the atmosphere, but the service itself lacked. We went through 2 glasses of wine and our server never asked if we wanted a refill on our water but the servers had time to stand around chatting with each other. Very frustrating.

So happy Redlands finally has a great downtown wine bar with a fantastic food program ! One of my favorite spots in town, nice owners too. Enjoy their fig salad or their sweet potato salad (depending upon the season). Delicious salmon entree, always great desserts and wine recommendations are usually spot on too. Always enjoy great customer service, during the rare occasion when something wasn’t to my liking, the server would quickly switch it out or offer to take it off our bill at the first mention. Owners have been very generous to local charities, several of which I’ve either attended or organized. My favorite time at Uncorked is dining with them for their Sunday brunch ! Proud to take visitors from out of town to share the Uncorked experience with them too.
