Great flavors, good variety of toppings and staff was friendly but SUPER disappointed that customers cannot serve themselves toppings ? this really ruined the experience for me as I am pretty particular about how much of each topping I want and would like to pick out my own pieces of fruit (I got some mushy strawberry slices and some blueberries with stems still on them). Unfortunately I won’t be coming back to this location if they don’t change this option.

Still don't let you serve your own toppings which ends up on them loading you up on toppings,asked for a singular gummy worm and got about 10.Put strawberries when I was only asking my kid if she wanted some.expensive cup of yogurt and not by choice.

I took my son on a Saturday night which was busy and that's expected, but I would like it better if you were able to put on your own toppings. Also definitely I would have liked some sample cups. The line was held up by the server putting toppings on each cup. The servers could have smiled a bit more, but still thankful they were not rude. I would go back to this location but I would choose somewhere else first.
