I love this Arby's... There's not that many of them around so I do cherish this place.

So, I finally went to try the new wagyu burger. I had the deluxe (lettuce, tomato, secret sauce). It’s pretty darn good - for a fast food burger. I think it would have been better if freshly made. I get it though - fast food quality isn’t restaurant quality. On a side note, I like this Arby’s; excellent service with a smile and they bring the food right to your table.

This time I was there to get food for my elderly parents. They love the French Dip sandwich. I also enjoy Arby's selection of food. I like the Corned Beef Reuben sandwich, the Smoke House Brisket sandwich and their burgers. And I happy they brought back the potato cakes.

The quality of Arby’s food has gone downhill, and this was happening pre-pandemic. Do not buy into Arby’s commercials! When you visit the mens restroom, you may just walk right out and order; which I should have done.Update:Woke this morning with an upset stomach. Thank you Arby’s for this awful experience!

Review is for two things, this particular Arby's and the meal. The Arby's restaurant is not easy to see coming down PCH as it is not a stand alone. Good news there is street parking as well as a parking lot. The person working and who took my order was nice. I went for the 2 for $6 deal to try both fish sandwiches- spicy and crispy fish sandwiches. I'm a pescatarian and I won't be back for these again. The fish on both is bland and forgettable. Fortunately I brought it home so I could add some hot sauce to help them out. The highlight was the small Jamoca shake. I'm not completely sure what Jamoca is but it's a worthwhile addition an Arby's meal. What worked at this meal was the Jamoca shake, the rest? Try somewhere else for your fish sandwich....

Dude I just ordered from door dash and my order consisted of a half pound beef and cheddar and jalapeño bites. Instead I got mozzarella sticks. How hard is it to get 2 items correct. Reported them to door dash since this is then 2nd time this location has done this. Also reported their franchise to corporate. Never go here, they just cut corners to get orders out.

Came in on the later side of the evening, close to closing time, staff was nice about letting us sit n finish our food with out feeling rushed, stoped in for a bite with the fam before seeing the Christmas lights @ sleepy hallow. Thanks for the great service and warm and yummy french dip sandwiches!

I don't know what it is, the music they have, the friendly staff, the homey decor, but this feels like a place I can just sit down and vibe, sort of like a checkpoint on life. The food at Arby's always did have a slightly off taste, not sure what it is though, like a sort of bitterness?
Still one of the best clean and healthy sandwiches around . known this place over 40 years even before they build this large structure which houses multiple business. The good still great . the prices and portions changed like everything else .good service .

If I could give 0 starts, I would. Their roast beef sandwich tasted like dog food and bread was dry. I took one bite and was done, didn't even finish it. DISGUSTING!
