So disappointed đ, food if flavorless, Pad Thai noodles overcooked with light portions of meat. Satay beef thin sliced and still very chewy. Papaya salad was missing the lemon garlic dressing with zero spice, half of the portion was filled up with a large chunk of cabbage. Don't recommend this place.

Came here for the Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai â both were absolutely delicious and served sizzling hot. The service was superb, even though we arrived around 8:00 p.m. (they close at 8:30). The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and visually appealing. Highly recommend!

Iâve always loved coming here and never had an issue until today. I called to place an order, but the background noise was so loud it was nearly impossible to hear. Instead of acknowledging that, the staff blamed me and said they couldnât hear me.
When I called back, a woman answered and was doing a great job taking my order, but again the loud background talking made it difficult. She kept saying âyouâre breaking up,â when really it was the noise on their end. I was almost finished placing my order for the glass noodle soup (shrimp only, no chicken, with a lemongrass broth), when the man I spoke to earlier suddenly got back on the line. He was rude, condescending, and again told me he couldnât hear me. At that point I just said to cancel my order, and he hung up on me.
Very disappointing experience from a place I used to enjoy.

Thought Iâd give this Thai place a shot, big mistake. Food was okayish, but the customer service made it go down the drain. Even something as basic as water had to be asked for, which was ridiculous. If youâre new to Thai food, avoid this place completely. The waitress acted like we were supposed to be experts on their menu and just magically know what to order. Instead, it turned into an awkward, unpleasant experience. (P.S. Honestly, the way we were treated came off kinda racist.)

I've been ordering from Bamboo forever, and after taking a short break, I placed an order for the first time in a couple of months. They accidentally got my noodle order wrong, but the moment they realized it, they rushed the correct one over right away. Hands down the best Thai food Iâve ever hadâtheyâre number one in my book!
I am a first time customer at this restaurant, I ordered crispy pork with chinese broccoli and i love to eat it with vinegar with jalapeno, the shorter lady server gave me some already, and when i finished it all, i went to the register and asked the other lady server so she doesnât have to come to our table, i went to the register myself so she can just hand it over to me, and she gave me a shitty attitude like i was bothering her and she started talking shit with her co worker coz she was speaking her language, SHEâS RUDE!!!!!! , I work at the restaurant as well and I never treated customer like what she did, she shouldnât be working there at all. By the way the crispy pork with chinese broccoli is too salty!
I SUGGEST YOU GUYS TO TRY OTHER THAI RESTAURANTS WHO GIVES REALLY GOOD SERVICE THAT WE DESERVE!!!
