I just stopped by this store, and the experience was awful. My wife went inside to buy ice cream while I stayed at the entrance with my service dog. There were two employees working, and one of them told me to move away from the door because of my dog, which is unacceptable. A service dog is legally allowed.

On top of that, the other employee was rude to my wife when she asked for extra chocolate syrup, sarcastically pointing out that it would cost extra. Of course we know it costs extra — the attitude was unnecessary and disrespectful.

This felt like discrimination and extremely poor customer service. I didn’t buy anything, and I will NEVER return to this place again. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Didn’t honor free scoops. This place is wack.

Great customer service by David! He was so helpful and super friendly! I highly recommend, and if you don’t have a favorite flavor like we didnt, ask David he had great recommendations!

If it was possible, I would give 0 stars. The employees were very rude and rushed my family and I . What was topos to be a fun ice cream date with my daughter, and I turned out to be something horrible. This location truly does not meet good customer service standards at all, the worset in my opinion .

Rude worker rushing me and a friend, couldn’t even patiently wait for me to clarify I wanted to a double scoop not a single. Was super rude when we wanted to use our awards and even had the audacity to correct my punctuation. I just wanted ice cream!

Had a coupon for my birthday scoop. Cashier tells me that it is "app only" (this info is in the teeny print that you can barely see). What about those of us who have flip phones or just don't want another app on the phone? Disappointed, will be unsubscribing to your emails

You’ll get half of what you normally get for $6 cone from here!!!! I would never comeback here again. Better go to 3564 Redondo Beach Blvd, Torrance, CA 90504

The manager will sell you a cake with human hair all over the top. Did not offer a refund nor an exchange per policy. Absolutely disgusting. He had to call the owner to resolve the issue. 60 dollars for a hair cake.

I just paid $6.00 for one scoop of ice cream today at this location and it was about half the size and weight of a normal 31 flavors scoop size. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the person handling my order he took offense and wanted to argue with me about his not knowing what the right size actually should be. One small scoop for the price of a half gallon of ice cream and not sensible enough to make it right for a customer of over fifty years is shameful. I remember when you had to stand in line at a Baskin-Robbins but not anymore. Too bad!

Overpriced - this location charges more than any other store!
