Wouldn’t accept the free single scoop promotion. Not sure why

Bought a container of ice cream. Had multiple hairs in it. They didn't care. No exchange or refund. Nasty.

Had a coupon for my birthday scoop. Cashier tells me that it is "app only" (this info is in the teeny print that you can barely see). What about those of us who have flip phones or just don't want another app on the phone? Disappointed, will be unsubscribing to your emails

The manager will sell you a cake with human hair all over the top. Did not offer a refund nor an exchange per policy. Absolutely disgusting. He had to call the owner to resolve the issue. 60 dollars for a hair cake.

I just paid $6.00 for one scoop of ice cream today at this location and it was about half the size and weight of a normal 31 flavors scoop size. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the person handling my order he took offense and wanted to argue with me about his not knowing what the right size actually should be. One small scoop for the price of a half gallon of ice cream and not sensible enough to make it right for a customer of over fifty years is shameful. I remember when you had to stand in line at a Baskin-Robbins but not anymore. Too bad!

I was told in the store that I could get a free scoop when I signed up for the app and then returned only to be told that only applies to the franchise and there’s different ownership here. This absolutely sucks because the app doesn’t advertise this or list the participating locations at least not in a location I could find . I like the ice cream but I’m never going back to this location, but I guess it doesn’t matter to BR because it’s under different ownership!

Super delicious and creamy.

My 2 small kids purchased3 ice creams, it was windy,as they walked to car the wind dropped scoop of ice cream 🍦 off of cone. Kids went right back in and explained the gentleman agreed to replace scoop, when the "manager" jumped in and said no! It's policy if falls outside store no replacement. My daughter is 9. I went in to speak to her she "manager" was so obnoxious,self centered & yelling her policy! She refused to give me any phone number any name of hers. She went to the back & called someone that refused to listen to me. Claim to be owner & accused me of making her employee cry. But, she didn't care upsetting my 9 yr daughter. Owner informed me she called the authorities on me for harassment. I waited no one arrived. The girl came out from back, ironic her makeup was intact, no red eyes, no swollen eyes no tear in sight. Just normal as I saw her before. ALL LIES!!! I refuse to believe that a real owner would refuse to listen to a customer & prefer a employee over the wealth of their business (doesn't make sense) bad business!
