The food was disappointing in my opinion. It tasted more like frozen pasta that anything else also not a true italian place. Service was great!

I came on a Friday night and had a great time overall. While the host was too busy to greet us, the busgirl jumped in to help and our waiter was excellent.

The Pear Necessities cocktail and Calamari were a perfect start. The Brasato was the highlight—everything on the plate worked perfectly. The Branzino was fresh but unfortunately lacked flavor and needed a sauce. We finished with the Budino Di Pane and gelato, which were both perfectly balanced.

We had dinner at Bettolino and, once again, it was outstanding. From the moment we sat down, the service was flawless. Michael took care of us and was absolutely perfect — attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm. He made the entire evening feel relaxed and special.
The pesce al pistachio was truly the best halibut I’ve ever had. The pistachio crust added just the right texture and flavor, and the lemon pesto brought a bright freshness that balanced everything beautifully. The sautéed kale and mascarpone mashed potatoes were rich, smooth, and perfectly paired with the fish.
The arrostto di Lecce was equally impressive. The milk-braised Korobuta pork shoulder was tender and deeply flavorful, and the crimini mushroom risotto was creamy and perfectly cooked — comfort food elevated to another level.
Bettolino consistently delivers exceptional food and service. It’s a place you can count on for a memorable meal every time. Highly recommended.

Top shelf service, excellent food and an all around great meal out.

I can think of enough positive things to add here, except that I would dine here again anytime. Best be early and have a reservation.

Highly recommend.

It has taken me a year to come here and leave this review. This restaurant has been my husband and I neighborhood restaurant where we have dined every weekend for seven years straight. About one year back, we went to dine as usual, we have gotten to know the staff but that night, the waitress that waited on us seemed new. She took our orders and was very pleasant. Minutes later she comes back rushing, sits on one of the chairs in our table, and says to my husband: “I am so relieved, the kitchen staff informed me that you have a twin brother and it is your twin brother that has been brining all these women to dine here” my husband responds I don’t have a twin brother, she then laughs and says ops maybe I am mistaken you with someone that looks like you. She returns to the kitchen giggling. Of course that incident caused an unpleasant night for us. The next day we when back and each individually addressed management. My husband demanded to speak to the owner. The response we got was that he waitress is known for such pranks but that they will be speaking to her about the pranks. We have not stepped foot there again. The incident reflected an unsafe and an unprofessional place. The response also reflected lack of appreciation for repeated customers. The prank or whatever that was, was extremely unprofessional and ill minded. If it was truly a prank then it shows the level of professionalism the staff carry around and the lack of respect they have for their customers, and if it was a mistaken identity it also shows lack of professionalism. The response from the owner was possibly as bad as the act of his staff. Calling a very disturbing incident a prank adds insult to injury.
I hope they have put better policies and work manuals in place that will protect their customers.

Bettolinos was great as always. Friendly and efficient service. They recently expanded both their indoor and outdoor seating areas which look terrific.

Excellent service. We sat outside and the space heaters worked well. Our server was attentive. The food was excellent, especially the gnocchi. No complaints at all.

A lovely dinner with friends! The food and service were excellent - I especially appreciated the help with making gluten/dairy free selections. Thank you!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the entire experience at Bettolino Kitchen. It was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Being situated in a small strip mall, I wasn't expecting much in terms of ambience. But it felt both dressed up and comfortable at once. Staff had placed a "Happy Birthday" sign on the table for the occasion (so, if you DON'T want that, maybe don't say it's someone's b-day!), which was a nice touch. Service was attentive, prompt, courteous and accurate. The food was non-traditional Italian, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the "Sicilian Rolls" appetizer, an arugula salad that came with a whole lemon to squeeze onto it, Peggy had the halibut filet entree, and I had the "GEMELLI RAFANO". All were very flavorful and enjoyable. The homemade pasta of the Gemelli Rafano was perfectly al dente...nice and chewy. Both entrees had a nice balance and complexity of flavors. We also had the Calabrian Pasta Cake for dessert, which was something I'd never had or heard of before. It was a pleasant surprise, too. Light and not too sweet...citrus forward. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place.

Both pasta dishes we ordered had too much garlic. Salad and dessert were nice. Wait staff was ok. We waited a long time to put dessert order in and I would have ordered a second drink if given the opportunity during my meal. Wait staff was missing most of the meal. I think maybe short staffed.
