Both pasta dishes we ordered had too much garlic. Salad and dessert were nice. Wait staff was ok. We waited a long time to put dessert order in and I would have ordered a second drink if given the opportunity during my meal. Wait staff was missing most of the meal. I think maybe short staffed.

Came here for the first time, and it was to celebrate my husband's birthday! They immediately greeted us and saved us a table with a happy birthday sign which was really thoughtful. Our server was so sweet and gave us great recommendations on food! We got the meatballs for appetizer, lemon ricotta ravioli and bolognese for mains — all amazing fresh pastas with great flavorful sauces. Will definitely be coming back!

This place is fantastic for lunch. Great menu, lots of choices and incredible bread. Did I mention incredible bread? Our server was very kind, food cooked to perfection and we will definitely be back!

What a gem in the Southbay. Food is as amazing. Our waiter (Shane) was great. He had great food recommendations and was on top of it. The his spot rose to the top of our rotation and regular dinner spots.

We always enjoy our meals and experience at Betolino. My wife wanted to celebrate her birthday there, so we again went for "Date Night." Sandy was an exceptional server and the food/drink is always great. We really love their espresso martinis.

We had another delicious dinner at Bettolino Kitchen. We ordered 2 of their new pasta dishes, the Rafano was a delicious short rib & we also ordered the pasta with scallops and a lemon sauce. We also enjoyed the calamari, one of our favorites. It was a wonderful way to bring in 2026!

If you are looking for authentic Italian food, ciao ciao. This place is fusion Italian so if you're looking for something that is very Italian authentic, you'll be disappointed. Al dente pasta was surprisingly well presented! But not like Italian authentic pasta, it was a bit salty. (Authentic Italian food is very plain) Del mare, which is linguine pasta with lobster, halibut, shrimp, scallops and more... was good but a bit salty. Maybe because we just came from Italy, American food is bit salty. Betto box, which is chef's choice of 4 was good. Glass of Montepulchiano was good as well. Good vibe and friendly staffs.

I've been here 4-5 times on different occasions with my side of family and friends for bday celebrations and always had pleasant experience. Staff had always made us feel special in the past but last night was pretty disappointing. Despite letting the restaurant know in advance that we'd be celebrating our pregnancy and my husband's birthday, they seated us what seemed to be a temporary table with hard wood chairs, where the original booth was taken out for renovation? All other seating around us had regular booths and they had one available across but didn't seat us there. I'm 7+ months pregnant and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. We felt like they did not care and just wanted to shove us in there and hoping we would be okay with it. My fil even made a comment about how he felt they were being dismissive with the whole seating arrangement and that we were treated like an after thought. Additionally, our server knew we were there to celebrate husband's bday and he did not bring out the birthday dessert until we already ordered one of our own and were almost done with it. We appreciated the nice gesture but would have been better for him to do that before handing us the dessert menu. Not sure if he forgot but it was all really weird and the vibe was pretty off. I was quite embarrassed to have brought them here as it was my parent in laws first time. Not sure if we'd come back again.

Great service, great food, wonderful evening, as usual at Bettolino! Our fav neighborhood restaurant!

Food was delicious. Excellent service. We had the South Bay Restaurant Week special and it was much more food than we expected, very generous portions. Sometimes restaurant reduce the portions for specials, but not Bettolino Kitchen! We'll be back again soon.

I had a wonderful meal with a friend yesterday. I had the popular bento box with four small servings of separate items (this one had farro soup, Caesar salad, a pasta with sorels and a cream sauce and finally fresh steamed spinach and shrimp in a lemon oil blend. It was delicious. My friend had a Caesar salad and Avocado Crostini which looked amazing. Hers was a two item combo. We had a great time catching up and having such great food & service

We be much appreciated Bettolino Kitchen's patience when only one of our party was on time due to delays at medical appointments for the other two guests. The server, Fred, was gracious and went with the flow, making sure that two of us had drinks and were comfortable, and took all three orders so we could proceed with lunch.
